KS DEPARTMENTAL ORDERS FAQ

When can I start ordering online?

To sign up for the KS departmental discount and start ordering online, just follow these two steps:

  1. Create a user account. If you already have an account with Kamehameha Publishing, you can skip this step.
  2. Complete our registration form using your KS organizational email and worksite address.

Once you’ve submitted the registration form, please allow 2–3 days to receive an email confirming that your account has been approved and activated. You can then make purchases online using your login credentials and receive the KS departmental discount.

What forms of payment are accepted?
KS procurement card (p-card) is the accepted form of payment for Kamehameha Publishing’s online store. Please be sure to get approval from your supervisor prior to making any purchases.

How are products shipped?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days by our order fulfillment partner, Five Star Transportation.

Orders for Kapālama Campus and Kawaiaha‘o Plaza are delivered by our warehouse every other Wednesday. Orders outside of Kapālama Campus or Kawaiaha‘o Plaza are shipped via USPS or UPS. Express shipping options are also available at a higher cost. Shipping charges will be added to the total amount for the order.

Orders may also be picked up at Five Star Transportation’s warehouse in Kalaeloa on O‘ahu (91-1085 Lexington St., Kapolei). For any orders that may require special handling, please contact publishing@ksbe.edu before placing the order.

Who is Five Star Transportation?
Five Star Transportation is Kamehameha Publishing’s distribution and order fulfillment partner. Orders placed on Kamehameha Publishing’s online store will show up as procurement card charges for Five Star Transportation.
