Abstract
Kekuni Blaisdell was the ultimate man of conscience. This tribute recalls that when Kekuni was a newcomer to Hawaiian history and Hawaiian activism in the early 1990s, he was rational and balanced—a person who remained true to himself and to his beliefs, despite external pressure or influence.
